Practical suggestions for partecipants:

Attendees who are not planning to rent a car at the airport are strongly encouraged to book seats on our direct pickup buses from Roma Fiumicino or Ancona airports (available only on Sunday 26th, Friday 31st July and Saturday 1st August 2009). Those airports are connected to most european and international locations by direct flights. Attendees are also invited to book online our comfortable single and double rooms in the University colleges with convenient access to the Conference. In fact, there are many nice hotels and B&B in a range of 10 km around Camerino, but a rented car is needed if such accommodation outside of the Camerino historical center is booked. For those traveling on their own we recommend to check carefully the timetables of the trains and buses.
