The Conference staff strongly encourages accommodation at the University Colleges.
Through a special deal with the University, comfortable single rooms in the University
Colleges with convenient access to the Conference can be booked for the six nights from
26 July to 1 August at the flat rate of 220 Euro. The price is the same if you stay less nights.
Rooms are well appointed and have either a private bathroom or a bathroom
shared between two adjoining rooms.
Some twin rooms in the Colleges can be booked for the same period at the flat
rate of 340 Euro (170 Euro per person). The price is the same if you stay less nights.
Note that twin rooms are a very economical option, particularly for students.
Colleges are particularly convenient as they are positioned close to
the Conference venue (Benedetto XIII building) and to the University canteen: no car is needed.
Bookings for College rooms and payments in full should be made prior to the early
registration deadline (15 May 2009) upon closing the conference registration form.
After this deadline the organization will not guarantee the availability of College rooms.
Payments are non-refundable after 15 May 2009.
