The scholarships are oriented to young scientists such as graduate students, post-graduate students or post-doctoral fellows with a maximum age of 30 (exceptionally 35).
The scholarships will cover accomodation costs during the conference and will provide a partial (typically 200 $) reimboursement of the travel expenses (this is not a waiver of the special registration fees for students and post-docs).
Preference will be to supporting attendees who have a crystallographic background, or for other reasons are likely to attend sessions related to crystallography.

The scholarships are oriented to young scientists such as graduate students, post-graduate students or post-doctoral fellows with a typical age of 30. The scholarships will cover accomodation costs during the conference and will provide a partial (typically 200 $) reimboursement of the travel expenses (this is not a waiver of the special registration fees for students and post-docs). Preference will be to supporting attendees who have background in time-resolved (XAS) spectroscopy, free electron laser applications or for other reasons are likely to attend sessions related to time-resolved experiments. The scholarship is addressed mainly to Italian students affiliated to the "Società Chimica Italiana" (Gruppo Interdivisionale di Catalisi) Also cases where the affilated person is the student's supervisor will be considered.
